Ordering

How do I order?
Pick your quantities on our Build a Pack page. Mix and match across our flavors. Discounts and free shipping apply automatically at checkout when you qualify.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@hannahsbutter.com and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be modified or recalled.
Do discounts and free shipping apply automatically?
Yes. Free shipping kicks in at 4 tubes. 10% off at 8 tubes. 15% off at 12 tubes. No codes needed — it's all automatic at checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship across the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses are not currently supported.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship on weekdays from Bloomington, Minnesota in insulated packaging. Transit time depends on destination and carrier service. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
How is the butter shipped?
Every order ships frozen in insulated packaging to keep the butter at the right temperature in transit. The butter is packed to travel cold. If it arrives softened but still cool to the touch, refrigerate it or refreeze it when it arrives.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping applies automatically when you order four or more tubes. Smaller orders ship at our standard rate, calculated at checkout based on your address.

Storage

How should I store the butter when it arrives?
Refrigerate or refreeze the tubes as soon as they arrive. Refrigerate them if you'll use the butter within six weeks; freeze them if you want to keep them longer.
How long does it last?
Up to six weeks refrigerated. Up to six months frozen. Once you open a tube, use it within two weeks for the best flavor.
What if my butter is softened on arrival?
If it arrives softened but still cool to the touch, refrigerate it or refreeze it when it arrives. If your package arrives warm or damaged, email us within 48 hours at hello@hannahsbutter.com.

What's in each flavor?
Each flavor is made with real butter and a small set of inclusions. The full ingredient list is on the back of every tube and on each flavor's product page.
Are there allergens I should know about?
Yes — every tube is butter-based and contains dairy. The full allergen statement is on every tube and on each product page. If you have specific allergen concerns, email us at hello@hannahsbutter.com before ordering and we'll answer directly.

Returns

What if my package arrives damaged or melted?
Email us at hello@hannahsbutter.com within 48 hours of arrival with a photo of the package, and we will review it and make it right.
Can I return butter I've already opened?
We don't accept returns on consumed product. For damaged or melted shipments, see above.
