How it gets to you, and how to keep it.

We ship across the contiguous United States. Orders ship on weekdays from Bloomington, Minnesota, in insulated packaging. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Free shipping applies automatically when you order four or more tubes. Smaller orders ship at our standard rate, calculated at checkout based on your address.

Transit time depends on destination and carrier service. We'll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Every order is packed cold in insulated packaging.

If your package arrives and the tubes feel softened but still cool to the touch, refrigerate or refreeze them right away. The butter is packed to travel cold; some softening in transit is normal.

If your package arrives warm, melted, or visibly damaged, email us within 48 hours at hello@hannahsbutter.com with a photo. We'll review it and make it right.

Refrigerated, the butter keeps for up to six weeks. Frozen, it keeps for up to six months. If you won't use a tube within a few weeks, freeze it.

Once you open a tube, use it within two weeks for the best flavor.
