Return Policy

How we handle damaged shipments and returns.

1. Damaged or melted shipments

If your package arrives warm, melted, or visibly damaged, email us at hello@hannahsbutter.com within 48 hours of arrival. Include a photo of the package and the product. We will review it and make it right.

2. Consumed product

We do not accept returns on butter that has been consumed.

3. Other concerns

If something else has gone wrong with your order, email us at hello@hannahsbutter.com and we will follow up.
